A group of freed prisoners of war and officials from the Headquarters for Handling the Affairs of Freed Prisoners of War came. Mr. Abbas Ali Vakili, the head of the headquarters, gave a report. I also spoke about the patience of the freed prisoners and the fate of the oppressors, which is currently unfolding in Iraq. One of the freed prisoners criticized the conduct of Mr. Mohammad Hassan Aboutorabi, who, as the deputy of the Leader's representative, acts using the position of his late brother.... 

As I wrote in the previous note, it remains to be seen who will be the Prosecutor General of the country and the Head of the Supreme Court in the new period, after consultations with the judges of the Supreme Court.

For now, it also remains to be seen who will replace Mr. Mousavi, the First Judicial Deputy of the Prosecutor General, and Mr. Amiri Isfahani, the Political and Security Deputy of the Prosecutor General.

Supplement - Seyyed Mohammad Baqer Kharrazi, who was summoned on the 17th of Mordad this year by the Special Prosecutor's Office for the Clergy in Qom, following the indications and orders of the appointed special prosecutor for the clergy.

With charges of acting against national security being read to him by the deputy prosecutor of Branch 6 of that prosecutor's office, he has been transferred to Qom prison and is being held separately from other prisoners, and investigations against him are continuing. 

They say that Seyyed Karimi, the former head of Branch 35 of the Supreme Court and current judicial deputy to the head of the Supreme Court, may be appointed as the Disciplinary Prosecutor for Judges, replacing Sheikh Jafar Ghadiyani.

Explaining that the Supreme Court has not had a first judicial deputy for many years after Sheikh Neiri.

The Commander-in-Chief appointed Brigadier General Kioumars Heydari, the current Deputy Commander of the Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters, as the Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces through a decree consolidating

 and reforming the structure of the Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters and the General Staff of the Armed Forces.

Sheikh Hossein Taeb was appointed as the head of the Basij Organization of the Oppressed by order of the Commander-in-Chief of the IRGC, to realize the directives of the third Leader within that organization and its corresponding advisory, executive,

and operational positions.

Today, the Commander-in-Chief officially appointed Rear Admiral Ali Azmaei as the commander of the IRGC Navy .

It seems that the NPT (Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons), which was signed during the previous regime, had a duration of 25 years, after which it was supposed to be ratified again by the parliament. However, Dr. Ali Akbar Velayati, the then Foreign Minister, signed it without referring it to the parliament, which is not legal. 

Ultimately, the exit of Dena Karari, an Iranian-American citizen, from Iran was confirmed.

Jason Genser, the lawyer for Dena Karari, an Iranian-American citizen, announced his client's arrival in the United States early Sunday, July 19, and by publishing a photo.

Sheikh Jafar Montazeri visited the branches of the Supreme Court located in Qom and praised the speed of case processing in these branches.

But a question came to my mind: the banner said "The General Board of the Supreme Court located in Qom"! So does the Supreme Court also have two General Boards? One in Tehran and one in Qom?!!!!!!
