First, we went to the gendarmerie hospital. There were about one hundred war wounded there. I met and greeted all of them and gave them a small gift. Then I gave a short speech to the doctors and hospital staff. Overall, the condition of the hospital was good and the injured were satisfied.

At noon, the army ground force commanders came to my office. They brought the plan of extensive operation and semi-extensive operation that we negotiated. In the evening, the board of the parliament had a meeting. Then Mr. Rafiq Dost came. He reported the completion of remote control boats for hitting ships. He also reported on the financial needs for the provision of five hundred battalions and the provision of ammunition.
