I went to the parliament. First, Mr. [Ahmad] Jannati [Jurisprudence member of the Guardian Council] came and asked my opinion about the plan of cooperatives. In general, I expressed concern about the positions of the Guardian Council and said that I am afraid that they will alienate the underprivileged and young people from Islam, jurisprudence and spirituality. He himself had this concern and he knew the way to more communication between the scholars of the Shura and the officials of the country so that they would give a realistic opinion.

I was in the meeting until half past ten in the morning. I did my office work in the evening. Mr. [Syed Ali Asghar] Hijazi came from the Ministry of Information. He complained about the stagnation of the consulting group's work due to lack of attention and brought a report about the possibility of a conspiracy against us in the Persian Gulf. I participated in the meeting of the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution. Islamicizing the face of universities was discussed. I went home after breaking the fast.

I talked with Mohsen about the new house he has rented in Jamaran protected area - for seven thousand tomans a month.
