[Brigadier Mansour Sattari] the commander of the Air Force came and reported the progress of the repairs; it is good I encouraged him and gave him a Quran with an English translation. In the evening [Seaman Malekzadegan] the commander of the navy came. He gave the report of the Zulfikar maneuver and informed about the repair of two Harpoon missiles.

[Dr. Mohammad Farhadi] Minister of Culture and Higher Education came. He reported the work of the universities. He is satisfied with the recruitment of new professors and the development of universities and post-graduate and doctorate degrees, and the acceptance of many students, dormitories and research.

[Mr. Mohammad Javad Irvani] Minister of Finance and tax officials came. They gave a report on the tax situation and I also talked about taxes. The currency allocation committee and the prime minister and Dr. Rouhani and the war commander's advisory group came. Defense currency was discussed; We did not reach the result. The government wants to reduce the defense currency.

The night of the meeting of the heads of forces was in my office. Ahmad Agha got angry and returned because he could not climb the stairs due to leg pain, the meeting was supposed to be held on the lower floor and the officials at the parliament did not know this. In the meeting [of the heads of state], the foreign minister and the minister of information came. A decision was made about protecting the ruler of Sharjah and dealing with France.
