A group of freed prisoners of war and officials from the Headquarters for Handling the Affairs of Freed Prisoners of War came. Mr. Abbas Ali Vakili, the head of the headquarters, gave a report. I also spoke about the patience of the freed prisoners and the fate of the oppressors, which is currently unfolding in Iraq. One of the freed prisoners criticized the conduct of Mr. Mohammad Hassan Aboutorabi, who, as the deputy of the Leader's representative, acts using the position of his late brother.... 

As I wrote in the previous note, it remains to be seen who will be the Prosecutor General of the country and the Head of the Supreme Court in the new period, after consultations with the judges of the Supreme Court.

For now, it also remains to be seen who will replace Mr. Mousavi, the First Judicial Deputy of the Prosecutor General, and Mr. Amiri Isfahani, the Political and Security Deputy of the Prosecutor General.

Supplement - Seyyed Mohammad Baqer Kharrazi, who was summoned on the 17th of Mordad this year by the Special Prosecutor's Office for the Clergy in Qom, following the indications and orders of the appointed special prosecutor for the clergy.

With charges of acting against national security being read to him by the deputy prosecutor of Branch 6 of that prosecutor's office, he has been transferred to Qom prison and is being held separately from other prisoners, and investigations against him are continuing. 

They say that Seyyed Karimi, the former head of Branch 35 of the Supreme Court and current judicial deputy to the head of the Supreme Court, may be appointed as the Disciplinary Prosecutor for Judges, replacing Sheikh Jafar Ghadiyani.

Explaining that the Supreme Court has not had a first judicial deputy for many years after Sheikh Neiri.
