He believes that strong talents have been attracted to the Qom [seminary], but management and lessons are not at the necessary level.
The afternoon and evening were spent resting and studying. I told the military officials Colonel Torabi and Colonel [Houshang] Sadegh [Commander of the Air Force] to stop attacks on Iraq's civilian centers. For two or three days, Iraq has been inactive. [Captain Malekzadegan], the commander of the Navy, informed me that a ship had been hit in retaliation for Iraq's attacks.
