The Chinese will eventually try to do in Greenland what they did in the Panama Canal and elsewhere.
They will set up a facility that will give them access to the Arctic under the guise of a Chinese company, but it will actually be dual-purpose, so that in the event of a conflict, they will be able to send warships to that facility and operate from there.
