He was an Iranian politician. During the reign of Mohammad Reza Pahlavi, he was the prime minister of Iran for 12 years and six months, which is the longest period of prime ministership in the history of Iran.

Following the 1979 revolution, Hoyda surrendered to the revolutionaries and appeared in the Islamic courts. He was accused of "corruption on earth" and "fighting with God" and was sentenced to death by Sadegh Khalkhali. But he was shot dead by a cleric before the execution of the sentence and during the court break.

The burial place and tomb of Hoveyda was revealed by Abdi Media for the first time after forty years.

In an interview with Abdi Medea, Hadi Ghaffari had previously announced that his burial place was the city of Acre in Israel.

I, Abdollah Abdi, as a journalist and independent historian, wrote a note by analyzing documents and deciphered his burial place.

Abdi Media's note was confirmed in the Voice of America TV program with the presence of Ms. Fereshte Ensha, the family and special doctor of Amir Abbas Hoyda during his detention, imprisonment, and execution.
