We have a very, very clear red line, and that is enrichment. We do not even allow 1 percent of enrichment capacity to exist.

We have made a proposal to the Iranians that we believe addresses some of these issues without disrespecting them. And this is important. We want to reach a solution. And we believe we will succeed. But from our perspective, John, everything starts with an agreement that does not include enrichment.

We cannot accept this. Because enrichment allows for the possibility of weaponization. And we will not allow a bomb to reach here.
