I arrived at the parliament at seven in the morning and worked until eight. During the parliamentary session, the representatives' inquiries were mostly about the cabinet members. Each group insisted on their own choices for the desired members. I expressed my condolences for the death of Mr. Yazdi's father [Deputy Speaker of Parliament] and Mr. [Mohammad Ali] Movahedi Kermani's mother.

I arrived at the parliament at seven in the morning and worked until eight. In the parliament meeting, the representatives' inquiries were mostly about cabinet members. Each group insisted on the desired members of their line. I condoled the death of the father of Mr. Yazdi [Vice Speaker of the Parliament] and the mother of Mr. [Mohammed Ali] Mohadi Kermani.

[Mr. Abedi Jafari] The Minister of Commerce withdrew the bill on the provision and distribution of goods, which was invalidated by the comments of the Guardian Council, at the last moment. In the afternoon, Mr. Tolayi came and gave a report on the status of oil exports and new works for the installation of SBM docks, and expressed his concern about the possibility of removing Mr. [Mohammed] Ghori from the Ministry of Oil.

Mr. Nazimzadeh, the head of the Parliament Laws Department - who has retired - came to say goodbye. In the evening, a group of representatives came to oppose Mr. Nili and Marandi. The Prime Minister informed that the President accepted only 12 proposed ministers.

The members of the management council of the newly established Abrar newspaper came and we discussed the policy and needs of the newspaper. A group of five-year plan commission members came and gave a report on the status of income and expenses. We are supposed to have a meeting tomorrow. The members of the headquarters of the Friday prayer in Tehran province came. I spoke for them. I came home at night.
