At nine o'clock in the morning, I went to the leader's office to participate in the meeting. It turned out, the ceremony starts at ten o'clock. I went to my office and wrote a draft of a letter to King Fahd, [King of Saudi Arabia], about the need to lower oil production in order to raise oil prices.
