We had a public session. The amendment to the IRGC's charter was on the agenda. During the recess, I spoke to the female seminary students from the Masjed Soleyman school and a group of selected instructors heading to Mecca. After the session ended, I spoke to the officer cadets who had come to Parliament to observe.

At noon, India's Minister of Commerce came to meet me. We talked about expanding relations. The mother of the martyr Mohammad Jamshidi came and deeply moved me. Mr. Mohammad Mojtahed Shabestari also suggested adjusting policy to attract intellectuals. A representative of the Red Cross was supposed to come, but was delayed. It was removed from the schedule.

At night, in Mr. Khamenei's office, we held a meeting with the Prime Minister, members of the office, and the arbitrators to review the status of the Algiers Declaration office, the Hague Tribunal, and the pending cases. It was decided to reconvene the meeting the day after tomorrow.
