The president also wrote, "For too long, America has been plagued by violent, dangerous, and well-established criminals. Lowly people who brought only suffering and misery to the country. When we were a more serious nation, we would undoubtedly imprison the most dangerous criminals and keep them away from anyone they might harm. We must implement the same method now.
