In the letter, Trump made eight basic demands on Iran

Abdulkhaleq Abdullah, a former adviser to UAE President Mohammed bin Zayed, has revealed details of Donald Trump's letter to Iran's Supreme Leader.

In the letter, Trump made eight basic demands on Iran:

1. A complete halt to Iran's nuclear program

2. Shutting down uranium enrichment

3. Stopping arms shipments to Yemen's Houthis

4. Cutting off financial support for Lebanese Hezbollah

5. Disbanding the armed groups affiliated with the Popular Mobilization Forces in Iraq

6. Two-month deadline for the implementation of these conditions

7. If accepted, the lifting of sanctions and an end to Iran's isolation

8. Otherwise, large-scale military action against Iran

Abdulkhaleq Abdullah also noted that the main message of the letter is to warn Tehran of the possibility of a large-scale military action if the talks are not accepted. It is said that the United States has proposed that direct talks between Iran and the United States be held on UAE soil.

The leak of the letter shows that the Trump administration is seeking maximum pressure to change Iran's behavior, and that there is a possibility of a military confrontation if these demands are rejected.
