With the final verdict of the jury of the 69th branch of the Court of Appeal of Tehran Province, Hossein Maghsoudi, the former mayor and former representative of Sabzevar in the parliament, along with other defendants, were sentenced to imprisonment and other punishments.

Considering that one of his lawyers, Mohammad Hossein Saket, is one of the former judges of the Supreme Court of Iran, and the manner of his defense, part of which is included in the issued document, it is likely that despite the certainty of the verdict at the current stage, the Supreme Court will request a retrial. Of course, calling for the resumption of proceedings until its acceptance in the court branch does not prevent the execution of the judgment by the execution of the court's rulings.

The charges attributed to the defendants are:

1- Participating in collusion in government transactions, assisting in embezzlement, fraud,
Assisting in seizing government funds in other cases, abusing one's job position, and illegally seizing government property.

2- Spending the received budget in other than specified cases

3- Participation in collusion in government transactions

5- Issuance of false confirmation letter

6- The embezzlement of the report and investigation of the Tehran Intelligence Organization, the complaint of Iran Sharq Neishabour Company and the initial complaint of Mr. Mahmoud Khosravi Mateen and Sabzevar Municipality and the investigation of the General Inspection Organization
