In my view as a simple journalist, there is no fundamental disagreement regarding the principles of governance between the government and the current officials of the Islamic Republic, particularly the senior Commander-in-Chief of the IRGC.

Of course, this writing is not intended to praise or belittle the officials or the government; rather, I wrote it simply to clarify the situation. Many of these rumors are purposeful, designed so that once the truth emerges shortly after, it becomes clear that the narrators and speakers possessed inaccurate information.

The silence in issuing denials also indicates that the security apparatuses of the Islamic Republic welcome such rumors and utilize them in projects aimed at seeking to discredit [independent voices/sources].
