Recently, for the first time, the Guardian Council has issued warnings and yellow cards to three MPs for interfering in the removal and installation.

In the field of legal issues in the country, we constantly and daily witness an event that fundamentally questions the legal order of the country. From "productivity" to this "warning" and the yellow card of the Guardian Council to the representatives.

In the constitution and normal laws, the Guardian Council is not given such authority to monitor the representatives after they are elected for representation. The discretionary supervision itself is questionable from a legal point of view, and many jurists believe that discretionary supervision in the way that the Guardian Council applies is a violation of the authority of this council in the constitution.

A few years ago, the Guardian Council granted itself the authority to interfere with the qualifications of representatives during the representation period. Of course, at that time, this view was widely criticized by jurists. It seems that even now, the move of the Guardian Council, which has given yellow cards to several representatives, is within the framework of the same view that this council considers itself authorized to comment on the qualifications of the representatives. Of course, from the point of view of this member of the council, from the legal point of view, he has the authority to intervene in these cases after the election of the representative and during the representative's term of office.

What do you think the continuation of such a trend will be in the future?

As it was said at the beginning, in many legal issues in Iran, especially in the field of public law and fundamental rights, some happenings are not legally justified. That is, some things are not only against the law, but also against the principles, standards and rules of law.

Are you referring to a case as an example?

One of the most widespread of these cases is the "productivity" plan, which has generally ignored the country's legal order on a very large scale, and these heresies have become everyday.

Last year and in the early months of the 13th government, there was a suspicion about the involvement of the representatives in family appointments, why do you think this did not happen at that time and why the Guardian Council has suddenly done this now?

I don't want to read motives, but it is possible that the political matter was involved in this legal matter.
