Even though the Law on Release and Free Access to Information has been approved and its system has been established by the Secretariat of Release and Free Access to Information for years, but the Organization of Prisons and Security and Educational Measures of the country as a governing body in that department that faces classification questions and it is not confidential (although there are confidential examples in the executive regulations of this law) it is not connected to this system.
Will Gholam Ali Mohammadi, the head of this organization, and Mohammad Mehdi Esmaili, the Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance, as the head of the Freedom of Information Commission, take action to join this governing organization to the system?
