Can you publish a non-classified military letter and correspondence within the chain of command in which a higher-ranking officer writes "Mr. General" or "Mr. Admiral"?!!!

Maybe I'll learn too.

Have you seen such wording in the resolutions or marginal notes of the former Commander-in-Chief, who was very meticulous about using the correct words, sentences, and titles?

By the way, "Mr." in the military chain of command is an honorific title used from Second Lieutenant through Full Colonel; I mistakenly wrote First Lieutenant.

Let it remain as a keepsake.
