Mohammad Mosadeq, the first deputy of the judiciary said: The judiciary is not seeking to establish a monopoly in defending people's rights. And we request the lawyers' associations and the judiciary's lawyers' center to introduce the people who are approved by them as lawyers subject to the aforementioned note.
The first deputy of the judiciary said: As long as the note of Article 48 exists as a law, we are obliged to implement the law, but this law cannot be interpreted in a way that limits the right to defense and reduces access to a lawyer.
He added: This note is only related to the preliminary stage in certain crimes, and we intend to announce as many lawyers as lawyers subject to the mentioned note, who are approved by the Laws of Lawyers and the Center of Lawyers, and introduce them to the judiciary.
