A simple question for Mr. Nozari, Acting First Deputy and Deputy for Supervision and Inspection of the Tehran Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office
Greetings,
It has been a long time since I raised the attached question regarding the case against Mr. Gholamreza Tajgardoon in Branch Three of the Investigative Office of the Government Employees Prosecutor's Office.
Without taking a position for or against the allegations against him or their validity, the question is:
Why has his case not been investigated and concluded with a final decision at the prosecutor's office, whether an indictment, a decision not to prosecute, or a termination of prosecution?
What are Investigator Iman Ebrahimi's considerations?
Why are the prosecutor and his deputies at the Government Employees Prosecutor's Office not exercising supervision or providing the necessary instructions?
As the primary official responsible for supervision and inspection at the Tehran Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office, why are you not addressing this delay in the proceedings, especially the removal of the case from the statistics without making a final decision?
