And after receiving the aforementioned amounts, by obtaining the signature of the typed minutes and the prepared form from the member renewing the license, they acknowledge full consent to the payment of the aforementioned fee as assistance to the Bar Association. 

The ultimate resistance of the relevant members of the said association is to grant a brief discount in the payment of compulsory assistance, and if the said fee is not paid, the lawyer's license is not allowed to be extended. 

For me, it has almost been verified that an approval has not been approved by the board of directors of the Khuzestan Bar Association in this regard, and it seems that the current president of the Khuzestan Bar Association has imposed a personal decision to pay the said fee. 

It is worth noting that after the change of the tariff on attorney fees during the presidency of Seyed Ebrahim Raisi and the launch of the electronic system of the Judiciary, the share of the Bar Association is collected electronically and deposited into the account of the Bar Association, which is beneficial to increase the income of the Bar Association several times compared to before, and probably The reason for the increase in the expenses of the Bar Association is the employment of a large number of employees with a kinship ratio and non-transparent expenses. 

In view of what has been presented and since the compulsion to pay any money or property that does not have a legal origin and even assuming that it is not for personal gain and that its spending is in line with the interests of the Bar Association, if it is not considered a crime [which seems to be one of the examples of crimes listed in the law on aggravating the punishment of perpetrators of the army, embezzlement and fraud], it is undoubtedly a law enforcement violation that can be prosecuted and dealt with.
