If your clients reside outside the country and have not updated their address in the SANA system and are still registered as being inside the country, and the esteemed attorneys, knowing this fact, certify and enter the domestic address in the electronic power of attorney and proceed to intervene in judicial cases and declare representation, they will be responsible for all possible subsequent consequences.
Even if no other punishment is stipulated for them in the laws or binding approvals equivalent to law, they will face disciplinary penalties.
