As I previously mentioned in response to my esteemed colleague "Yashar Soltani," the conviction of "Alireza Zakir Isfahani" and "Mohammad Mahdi Esmaeili," the then Governor and the then Political and Security Deputy of Isfahan Province, followed an extraordinary retrial of the individuals. After the review by the Chief Justice of Isfahan Province and the Judicial Deputy of the Chief of the Judiciary, it was generally concluded that there was no personal financial misconduct by "Ebrahim Raisi," the Chief of the Judiciary. The case was referred to the Supreme Court, where the First Branch, with a panel of two reputable judges, namely "Seyyed Ahmad Mortazavi Moghaddam" and "Enayat Hayati," conducted further examination and acquitted the individuals upon entering the merits of the case.

The documents related to this case and further details were sent to Abdi Media at that time, but they were so clear, especially the final verdict, that I did not publish them.

Currently, I have only seen a copy of the final ruling, which I will share here.

This note does not serve as a defense of these individuals; rather, I found the judicial process to be sound.
