Sheikh Ali Abdollahi, the former head of the Center for the Protection and Information of the Judiciary, who during his tenure at the Center had proposed a plan to upgrade this #center to an #organization, but this plan is still stalled in the Islamic Consultative Assembly and its outcome has not been determined, has been appointed to the Disciplinary Prosecution for Judges.
Yesterday, a large number of complainants in this prosecutor's office received SMS messages regarding the dismissal/suspension of their complaints!
The first question is: Did the SMS notification of these final rulings suddenly start today, or were the cases quickly concluded with the new Disciplinary Prosecutor's approval of the dismissal/suspension rulings?
And the second question: In the text of the SMS, there is no reference to the office of the Disciplinary Prosecutor, and instead of "Adl-e Iran" or "Dad-e Iran" or another similar official name, the sender is a number. Shouldn't the disciplinary and supervisory officials within the judiciary use the official sender's number and the name of the Disciplinary Prosecutor's office to #prevent other possible cases of corruption?
