Mr. Rahmani, who was dismissed from SAHFAJA [= Army Protection and Intelligence Organization], came to file a complaint; he also collaborates with Mr. [Asadollah] Lajvardi, [Head of the Prisons and Security and Educational Measures Organization].
The Supreme Administrative Council held its first session under my chairmanship. Decisions were made; it has extensive powers for administrative reform. In the afternoon, until five o’clock, I handled office work and then went home.
