We decided to hold a meeting. He gave a report on the condition of the prisons and was concerned about the spread of smuggling and corruption, and we discussed the administration of the camps for addicts, whose budget had been approved.
In the afternoon, Ahmad Agha came and reported that Sadegh Tabatabaei had been sentenced in absentia to three years in prison, but that he is now in Iran and denies transporting opium. We talked about the war and Mr. [Mehdi] Karroubi's remarks today during the Friday prayer against Mr. Azari Qomi in support of me. I believe that the escalation of the disagreement should be prevented.
