I participated in the mourning ceremony of the guards for the death of the Imam. Mr. [Sadiq] Khalkhali [representative of Qom] came. He was saddened by the cutoff of 250 thousand Tomans, which was given to the Hakimiya school under his administration at the time of Mr. Moulayi's tewalit, and now Mr. Ray Shahri cut off [the twalit of Astan Abdul Azim Hosni], and he appealed to me. Also, he was worried and complained about the fact that [Mr. Ali Younisi], the prosecutor of Tehran, had summoned several members of parliament who insulted people in their statements and were sued.

Mr. [Sheikh Hossein] Hashemian and Majid Ansari expressed their concern and appeal over the phone about the possibility of Mr. Falah's transfer from Kerman. Dr. [Goders] Iftikhar [Jahormi] came and gave a report on the negotiations of the [Arbitration Court] in The Hague; There was no new content.

In the evening [Mr. Hassan Khalilian], the governor of Qom came. He reported the service and complained about the reduction of his powers. Mr. [Mohsen] Nurbakhsh, [Minister of Economic Affairs and Finance] came and reported on the positive effects of the government's economic policies. Mr. [Mohammed] Gharehi, [Minister of Post, Telegraph and Telephone] and his deputies came. They complained to the Ministry of Information regarding the use of telephone and mail in the performance of duties and censorship. They also criticized the performance of the program and budget organization. I warned Mr. Falahian [Minister of Information] not to take any action against the constitution.
