Simultaneously with Abdullah Nouri’s statements during his trial in the Special Clerical Court, he criticized the double standards in treatment towards Sheikh Ali Tehrani, which led to Nouri’s imprisonment in Evin prison. His statements resulted in various interpretations.

Hashemi's dream was interesting and worth some reflection.

The Office for Strengthening Unity (Daftar-e Tahkim-e Vahdat) issued a statement in support of Abdullah Nouri’s remarks during the trial, particularly concerning Sheikh Ali Tehrani.

Continued medical care for Fatemeh Hashemi, who was hospitalized following a car accident on the northern roads.

Complaints from Kamal Kheirkhah, then representative of Lahijan, against Sheikh Zainulabedin Qorbani, the Friday Prayer Leader of Lahijan, who later became the representative of Ayatollah Khamenei in Gilan Province.

Meeting with Mr. Ferd Hosseini, then Ambassador of Iran to Romania, brought interesting insights.

A meeting with the children and sons-in-law of Mohammad Mofatteh, focusing on their employment in the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB). Some of them later held political and parliamentary positions.

Gholamreza Forouzeh found a mediator to collect Iran's claims from Israel, which Hashemi had previously referred to Dr. Goodarz Eftekhari Jahromi, though no outcome was reported.

A meeting with Mr. Vakili, who, along with Mohammad Hossein Moghimmi, was working on launching the petrochemical plant in Kermanshah.

Hashemi also highlighted the continued sharp statements from left-wing groups regarding the conviction of Sheikh Abdullah Nouri in the Special Clerical Court.

Last night, I had a dream where I was at a gathering and Sheikh Ali Tehrani was present. He tried to get close to me, but I avoided him, and eventually, we exchanged a few words.

The Office for Strengthening Unity issued a statement condemning the conviction of Mr. [Abdullah] Nouri [Editor-in-Chief of the Khordad newspaper] and criticized the lack of action taken against Mr. Ali Tehrani. This criticism could be seen as a veiled attack on the leadership, possibly in retaliation for the repeated criticism from the leadership of the office’s stance on the U.S. during the November 4th (13th of Aban) demonstrations this year.

I called to check on Fatemeh’s condition. She said she slept better last night, but due to the risk of a pulmonary embolism, she is going to 17 Dey Hospital for further examinations. Effat also expressed concern over this. After the examination, their worries were alleviated.

Mr. Kamal Kheirkhah, representative of Lahijan, came to see me. He complained about the actions of Mr. [Zainulabedin] Qorbani, the Friday Prayer Leader, and expressed concern over the Interior Ministry's support for left-wing candidates in the elections. He strongly urged me to run in the elections.

Our new ambassador to Romania, Mr. [Ahmad] Ferd Hosseini, came. He provided comprehensive information on Eastern Europe and the Balkans and sought advice on political strategies. The new consul in Peshawar, Pakistan, also visited. Given the presence of Afghan refugees in Peshawar and the Sunni-Shia issues in Afghanistan, he had several questions.

The children and sons-in-law of the martyr Mohammad Mofatteh came to invite me to the 20th anniversary ceremony of their father’s martyrdom and requested an interview. Most of them work for IRIB.

In the afternoon, Mr. [Gholamreza] Forouzeh came to discuss matters related to the Strategic Research Center of the Expediency Council and mentioned that a mediator had been found to recover the debts owed to us by Israel from the time of the previous regime. I told him that I had previously referred the matter to Mr. [Goodarz] Eftekhari Jahromi, [head of the International Legal Affairs Office of the President], and advised him to consult with him.

Mr. [Ali] Vakili, CEO of the Research Center of the Ministry of Oil, came and explained that he, in collaboration with Mr. [Mohammad Hossein] Moghimmi, the governor of Kermanshah, was responsible for establishing a petrochemical plant there, and they could implement the center’s research results. He also explained some preliminary actions they had taken to acquire the technology for catalyst production and genetic modifications.

Many sharp and strong statements were issued by left-wing groups and Islamic student associations affiliated with the Office for Strengthening Unity in condemnation of the Special Clerical Court’s ruling.
