Full Text of the Daily Notes:

A group of officials from the Cultural Studies and Research Center of the Qom Seminary visited. They provided a report on the center's operations, addressing public inquiries, conducting Q&A sessions, and preparing online programs to counter enemy websites and doubts. They requested my participation in next week's session to answer students' questions and sought advice for improving their work. They mentioned that they had received 3,800 questions so far.

General Ahmad Kazemi, the commander of the IRGC Air Force, arrived. He discussed the current status of the forces and their needs, appealing for assistance in obtaining special requirements. He requested that I visit one of the bases. He criticized the deteriorating cultural and political situation in various cities, particularly in Kurdistan, where he has worked hard to save them from the anti-revolutionaries.

Mohsen Rezai, the Secretary of the Expediency Discernment Council, came to express his gratitude for my sympathy regarding his mother's passing. We discussed the reflection of the approved general policies of the Council. Mohsen Hashemi, the chairman and CEO of Tehran Metro Company, visited during lunch and reported that progress on the construction of Metro Line 1 is satisfactory, and they have finally purchased escalators at a much lower price, nearly half of the previous cost.

In the evening, families of martyrs from Bahar, Hamadan, came to visit. Representatives Reza Talai Nik and Mr. Cherchi, their governor, spoke; they mentioned that they have lost 600 martyrs. I offered encouraging remarks about the status of martyrs and the importance of the Sacred Defense to the survivors of the martyrs.

Today, it was reported that the death toll from the earthquake in India has exceeded 100,000. They started with a few hundred and have escalated to this number, but official authorities have not confirmed this figure. Conflicts between groups in Parliament and the judiciary continue in the media.
