Complete Daily Entry:

The Expediency Discernment Council held a session until noon. Several articles related to general cultural policies were approved. At noon, a group of council members were my guests, and discussions were held regarding the presidential elections and current issues. In the afternoon, General Abdul Mohammad Rouhi Nejad, commander of the 41st Tharallah Division, and General Seyyed Ahmad Avayi, both from Dezful, came to request participation in the ceremony for the martyrs of Dezful, which I accepted.

I returned home at nine o'clock in the evening. There is considerable interpretation and analysis regarding the development of military relations between Iran and Russia, with the United States explicitly opposing this.

Some newspapers, such as Kayhan and Jomhouri Eslami, published Mohsen Hashemi's response to Mr. Ali Motahari's incorrect statements today. This response primarily addresses false rumors propagated by the counter-revolutionary elements in recent months.

The extent of the vandalism caused by football spectators regarding the buses of the Unit Company and people's vehicles yesterday was extensive, and it has received serious coverage today, along with condemnation of their actions and the arrest of several players.
