Footnote: It would be a bit normal if the law enforcement authority summoned a person to the police according to the order of the judicial authority, but it is strange for the police to summon a person to the prosecutor's office and in fact to the judicial authority, even with the general order of the prosecutor's office.
This question arises:
If this paper is true, couldn't the public prosecutor summon the accused through electronic notification in the Sana system?
And if it is assumed that the accused or the complainant does not have an account in the judicial system, should the police or other officers act with uniform documents and physically?
