The imprisonment of Mehdi Mirsalim, the son of #Mustafa_Mirsalim, for the crime of assembly and collusion against the country's security

Interestingly, after being introduced to prison, he is sent on leave after some time, and without judicial permission, he illegally stays on leave (escape from prison) for more than 200 days!!!

During this period, no arrest order or warning is given to the guarantor or the powerful father of the prisoner, and no law enforcement or security officer gets a trace of Mehdi Mirsalim.

What is more interesting here is that during this period of absence and escape from prison, he is asked for pardon and reduction of punishment, and the case of this Aghazadeh was brought up in the Pardon and Forgiveness Commission, and finally half of his 5-year imprisonment was decided, he was pardoned by Ayatollah Khamenei until this Aghazadeh Do him a favor and go back to prison.

The judicial system did not file any charges against him for escape or absence from leave - which of course, with this notification, they may file - so that he can be released from prison soon with another legal agreement (probably benefiting from the privilege of parole) and that's it.

Indeed, if Seyyed Mahdi Agha Mirsalim - without having any comment on the main accusation against him - would he have benefited from such extreme blessings and Islamic mercy if he was not the son of Seyyed Mustafa Mirsalim?

Why does the judiciary of the Islamic Republic have a double standard in dealing with justice?

This case started since the presidency of Ebrahim Raisi on the Judiciary and this violation and double treatment has extended during this period of the Judiciary as well.
