آیت الله خامنه‌ای و ابراهیم رئیسی

It should be noted that individuals who are directly appointed by the Leader of the Islamic Republic to positions that require jurisprudence, even if "Ayatollah Khomeini" or "Ayatollah Khamenei" did not explicitly state this in their decree, are considered jurists.

Following misconceptions and the subsequent dissemination of incorrect information, I would like to clarify:

"Ebrahim Raisi," aside from specific judicial notifications he received directly from "Ayatollah Khomeini," along with "Sheikh Hossein Ali Nouri," to circumvent the then-Supreme Judicial Council for handling certain judicial cases; has received at least two decrees from the "appointed" prosecutor for the clergy and the head of the judiciary from "Ayatollah Khamenei," where the condition for holding these positions is jurisprudence. His jurisprudence has been confirmed for the jurists of the Guardian Council, and he is exempt from taking an exam or undergoing further jurisprudential review for candidacy in the Assembly of Experts.
