Given the increase in the level of conflict and unpredictable risks, it is recommended to observe the following points in the event of a nuclear attack or leakage of radiation materials:

1.  If you see intense light or explosion:
Lie on the floor immediately and cover your face with an arm (to prevent burns and explosions)
Wait for the initial and thermal wave (about 2 seconds to a few minutes)

2.  Fasting refuge:
Take refuge with the nearest solid building, preferably with a basement
Close doors and windows and block the seams with glue strips or cloth
Stay in the center or the lowest floor of the building
Get as far as possible from the exterior windows and walls as far as possible

1.  Stay at the shelter until the official notice is received:
Only exit the shelter in case of declaration of valid or emergency sources
Outdoor radiation contamination is very high

1.  If you contact the radiation material:
Remove the clothes immediately (1 % contamination is usually on the clothes)
Wash the body with water and soap, without leaking the skin
Dry with a separate towel or cloth
Keep contaminated clothes in a closed plastic bag and keep away from others
