Then there are four people around him, and when someone comes to them and says, for example, that there are no benches, the mayor immediately tells one of them: 'Put four benches. Put four pavilions.' The fact that he does not consider looking at a plan or assessing the architectural, urban planning, and space requirements for each person, environment, area, mathematics, and so on, is not part of his work.At best, he thinks his effort, along with his intention, is enough. If we want to be very optimistic and not think that this is deceiving the people, in other words, that it is populism, we can say that the mayor is deceiving himself. He is lying to himself that today he has done something important for the people of the area.
