"Sediqeh Vasmaghi" stated that in a system governed by Velayat-e Faqih, deadlocks can never be resolved.

"We cannot have a good life under the framework of Shari'ah law and under the authority of Velayat-e Faqih, and indeed we do not," she asserted.

The outcome of this situation is the prevailing corruption, catastrophe, and marginalization of the nation, experts, and elites.

"Our laws are entirely based on discrimination," she added.

She highlighted that many people, including Baha'is, still lack the right to education at universities, the right to employment in government offices, and the right to vote or be elected.

The distinction between Shiites and Sunnis and their respective shares in political and social participation is determined based on this constitution.

"If the law is fundamentally flawed, what insistence is there on its enforcement?" she questioned.

In a government, the will of the cleric is law; any decision made by the cleric becomes the law.

"When Shari'ah prevails, we cannot expect the law to take shape," she remarked.

She referred to what "Ayatollah Khomeini" said in Paris and what he did upon returning to Iran.

"Today, we can no longer say that women or non-Muslims have fewer rights," she stated.

"We are preparing for a transition, and no force can stand against this change."

This is part of the controversial meeting titled "Constitutional Review" at Cafe Khabar.
