WASMAGI: Does our human dignity allow us to participate in such elections?
With low turnout, the government sees itself losing people.
It is possible that government forces will open a peaceful path by observing the loss of people.
But when they see that they can bring people to the stage by designing a playground, they won't come to that conclusion.
