I think that if there is prudence, coordination and understanding in society, there are opportunities that can be used, and if not, we must create opportunities.

If we are to take any problems from the system, it is whether it has taken advantage of these opportunities or whether it has actually been on a path where the threats have increased. Of course, there have always been many threats, both inside and outside the country, and today they have increased.

But good governance is one that can recognize them and take advantage of the opportunities that exist alongside the threats, and even turn threats into opportunities.
