Ali Babaei Karnami, Chairman of the Social Commission of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, in an interview with the Parliamentary Reporter

The head of the Parliament's Social Commission stated that the draft regulations for the organization of corporate employees have been prepared by the Administrative and Employment Organization, and said: "If this regulation is approved by the Cabinet, it is likely that the contract of corporate forces will be changed from June."

Ali Babaei Karnami, the head of the Social Commission of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, in an interview with the parliamentary correspondent of Tasnim News Agency, referring to the latest news about the organization of the situation of corporate employees, said:

Earlier this year, the Administrative and Employment Organization announced that with the president's permission, it had access to the database of more than 780,000 government employees, who can take action to organize the contracts of these employees and eliminate human resources supply companies with the capacity of the current law.

He added: "Accordingly, a draft of the regulations for the organization of corporate employees has been prepared by the Administrative and Employment Organization, which according to the officials of this organization, is to be discussed in the upcoming meetings of the Cabinet of Ministers." If this draft is approved at the cabinet meeting, this decision will be communicated to the organizations under the supervision of the government.

The head of the Parliament's Social Commission noted: "Of course, given that this decree has been approved in the form of executive regulations and has not yet become law, there is concern that with the change of government, its implementation will also be disrupted." For this reason, the parliament's decision regarding the organization of corporate forces will continue to be followed up by us until it becomes law.

Babaei also commented on the latest status of the Decree on the Organization of Government Employees: "Currently, the argument of some members of the Discernment Assembly for opposing the transformation of the Parliament's decision into law is that the government is against this issue, but when the Administrative and Employment Organization, in the form of the promulgation of the executive regulations, converts the contract of corporate forces into an employee contract by eliminating the companies supplying human resources, there is no excuse for the Parliament's decision to become a law It will not have any problems.

Regarding the timing of the implementation of the proposed regulations of the Administrative and Employment Organization, he said: "Considering that human resources supply companies generally conclude contracts with human resources from June of every year, if the regulations sent by the Administrative and Employment Organization are approved by the Cabinet in the coming weeks, it is likely that this year will see the shortening of the hands of human resources supply companies in the discussion of employee contracts We will be the government.
