The newspaper Javan wrote: They squander the country's resources, assault the people's dignity, and easily commit crimes, then disappear overnight without a trace, and no one can catch them. Even if the police arrest them and send them across the border, they return to Iran using routes they know before the officers reach their workplace. They have no identity and wherever they go, they introduce themselves with a new identity and get back to work. The current government and the previous one promised to eliminate these issues, but if you take a trip to some of these neighborhoods, you would think you are walking in one of the alleys of Kabul!
