When the vice-chairman of the Islamic Council does not have the minimum knowledge of the constitution

Article 110 of the Constitution is as follows:

Duties and powers of the leader:
1- Determining the general policies of the system of the Islamic Republic of Iran after consulting with the Expediency Council.
2- Monitoring the good implementation of the general policies of the system.
3- Referendum decree.
4- The General Command of the Armed Forces.
5- Declaration of war and peace and mobilization of forces.
6- Installation and dismissal and acceptance of resignation:
A) Jurisprudence of the Guardian Council.
b) The highest authority of the judiciary.
c) Head of the Broadcasting Organization of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
d) Chief of the Joint Staff.
e) Commander-in-Chief of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.
f) High commanders of military and law enforcement forces.
7- Resolving the dispute and regulating the relations of the three powers.
8- Solving the problems of the system that cannot be solved by normal means, through the Council of Expediency of the System.
9- The signing of the presidential decree after the people have elected the presidential candidates, to meet the conditions stipulated in this law, must be approved by the Guardian Council before the election and approved by the leadership in the first term.
10- Dismissal of the President, taking into account the interests of the country, after the ruling of the Supreme Court on his violation of his legal duties, or the decision of the Islamic Council on his inadequacy based on the eighty-ninth principle.
11- Pardon or reduction of the punishment of conviction within the limits of Islamic standards after the proposal of the head of the judiciary.
The leader can delegate some of his duties and authority to another person.

Did you notice? This is Article 110 of the Constitution and its 11 clauses. Read it and see which paragraph allows such authority to the leader of the Islamic Republic?

Even the constitution recognizes macro policies and solving problems through the Expediency Council.
