Membership of NACI (Iran's National Accreditation Center) in the IAF (International Accreditation Forum) has been terminated due to non-payment of membership fees.

Prior to this, the IAF had suspended Iran's membership with a three-month grace period. Consequently, with the end of the suspension period and the non-payment of membership dues, the membership of the National Accreditation Center of Iran (NACI)—a subdivision of the National Standards Organization—in this body has been terminated.

With this action, the certificates issued by this organization will effectively lose their validity, seriously damaging Iran's reputation in this field. Additionally, it will cause irreparable harm to the country's foreign trade.

It should be noted that paying the membership dues will not restore the previous status!
