Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf refers to Ayatollah Khamenei's fatwa that advises against invading the privacy of individuals in cyberspace
I have previously written:
There is a significant difference between a fatwa and the ruling of a sovereign.
If it's not too difficult, please have the office of the Leader of the Islamic Republic formally communicate this view of Ayatollah Khamenei as a binding directive to the head of the Supreme National Security Council, the Ministry of Intelligence, the Regulatory Authority for Communications and Radio, and the General Staff of the Armed Forces.
In another tweet a while ago, I asked whether any Iranian application within the country can claim that the underlying key of that program is not in the hands of the network security management and VAJA?
Is this communication difficult? Is it possible?
