But there are two important points:
First: This is the decision of the court of government employees and not the final decision of the Court of Appeal of Tehran province.
Second: In the text of the document, it is stated that "Farid Madrasi is a fugitive and Rai is also absent"; So, if the petition has a lawyer introduced, how can the defendant be given the right to appeal in absentia?
Perhaps there is another document that Farid Modaresi introduced a lawyer after the absentee vote, which Sheikh Hamid Rasaei did not publish? Of course, this is just a possibility.
Earlier, the sheikh had published the non-conclusive preliminary ruling related to the conviction of Mehrab Qasim Khani as a final decision.
