Did you serve as a judge and, upon an objection from the defendant, withdraw from your ruling according to the rule of law at that time and refer the case to another branch for review?

Or did you agree to pardon proposals for convicts as the Deputy Minister of Intelligence?

What period do these pardons you mentioned relate to?

Also, regarding the previous question I asked about that completely classified case, which you didn’t mention by name, could you clarify whether you and Sheikh Ali Razini, as prosecutor and religious judge, initially decided to leave Mashhad and started reviewing cases in Tehran by creating a dedicated detention center, or were you given a directive?

You mentioned that you provided a report to the founder leader of the Islamic Republic, expressing your discontent with the harsh behaviors prevalent at that time, which led to the issuance of the eight-point command.

Were those harsh behaviors in violation of Article 39 of the Constitution and the Islamic Penal Code - Punishments, and did they continue after that difficult period?

During your tenure as Deputy Minister and Acting Minister of Intelligence, at least until 1999 when you held office, did those harsh behaviors persist or not?

In general, do you consider the punishment of the accused with any justification to be against religious law and the Constitution or not?
