With the decision of the judges of the Special Appeals Branch of the High Criminal Court of Judges headed by Seyed Ahmed Mortazavi Moghadam and with some references, the decision issued regarding the 6 former members of the Board of Directors of the Central Bar Association was accepted for appeal and the said court in the meeting of 8 May 1403 issued a vote to remove any exclusion from the mentioned persons.
