This is difficult on the one hand, as the US and Israel are trying to activate the trigger mechanism to encourage the three European countries, and on the other hand, it seems accessible because Europe is now involved in the Ukrainian war and is not ready to enter another major conflict that is Iran.
Iran can take advantage of this opportunity and agree with three European countries to prevent the activation of the trigger mechanism.
