It can almost be said with certainty that in the history of international relations, it may not be the case

 Hammihan newspaper wrote:

It can almost be said with certainty that in the history of international relations, there may not be a case in which one side refrains from dialogue, except for the side that has the upper hand in the war and wants the other side to surrender unconditionally, or does not recognize the other side at all, which is naturally irrelevant for Iran and the United States.

Running away from dialogue is a loss of chance for any agreement, and in the eyes of outside observers, it means a lack of logic. The overwhelming majority of public opinion not only does not defend the rejection of the agreement, but opposes such an approach, and will interpret it as a sign of weakness, lack of self-confidence and lack of logic, rather than a sign of strength and self-confidence.
