Nasser Hadian, a professor of international relations at the University of Tehran, wrote in the Iran newspaper:
In pursuing a new approach with the United States, Iran must clarify and prioritize its demands and goals for negotiations, for example, in the course of negotiations for the lifting of sanctions, it can be determined that primary, secondary, and even state sanctions should be gradually lifted.
Iran did not withdraw from the nuclear deal, but the United States withdrew from the JCPOA due to its domestic policies, which caused Iran a loss of $240 billion. Although it is not possible to expect this amount to be fully compensated, it is possible to propose solutions to compensate for the damage.
